Glass House in Palm Springs by William Cody

Palm Springs; the height of Summer.

You wake mid-day, and after freshening up, you head outside by the pool to slowly savour a rich brunch.

You call for a bottle of champagne, as you delight over breads beside butter, honey, and jam, with a selection of cheeses. Light, scrambled eggs, and French toast served with Chantilly cream. Granola with berries and nuts, and fresh yoghurt. A fresh fruit salad with exotic offerings: coconut, pineapple, acai berries, dragon fruit, passion fruit, lychees, mango, guava, watermelon. French macarons and indulgent pastries: pain au chocolats, croissants, and brioche, all finished with a strong shot of espresso.

After taking your fill, you retire beside the pool; idling away the hours, basking in the warmth of the afternoon sun.
